CANCELLATION POLICY

We’re so excited that you’ve booked an appointment with us. In order to provide the best experience we take pride of always being on time. When booking an appointment keep in mind there are a few rules: Semi Permanent Makeup: • If you fail to do pre-care, services will not be performed and your deposit will be forfeited. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling: • We require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made within this timeframe allow us to accommodate other clients. Late Cancellations & No-Shows: • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee (e.g., 50% of the service cost). • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost and may require a deposit for future bookings. Late Arrivals • Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply. Deposits • Some services may require a non-refundable deposit when booking, which will go toward the final cost of the service. • Deposits are forfeited for last-minute cancellations or no-shows. Emergency Situations: • We understand that emergencies happen. If you have an unavoidable reason for canceling last minute, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options. Our Salon Rules: • No kids are allowed unless a service is being provided to them. • Service dogs are the only animals allowed.
